As a Michigander, I enjoy the wonderful outdoor experiences Michigan has to offer. I am an avid sailor and skier. I also enjoy biking and camping. The people, culture, and family in West Michigan have inspired me to always seek ways to make the world a more sustainable, enjoyable, and inclusive place through creative problem solving.
West Michigan is also where I found my love for design. From a young age I was exposed to the design culture in West Michigan and was fascinated by the works of notable designers like George Nelson, Charles and Ray Eames, and Frank Lloyd Wright. These prominent designers inspired me to pursue Industrial Design as a career.
After graduating from Rockford High School in 2018 I enrolled at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. There I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design and a minor in Furniture design, graduating in 2022. On my journey through my education and into my career, I have developed a deep skill set and love for designing furniture, consumer electronics, user interfaces, spatial experiences, and much more.
